Scientific merit? Wait, there is none!
Having just completed a nutrition class at the world's leading institute for the scientific study of nutrition, I officially refute this claim. And guess what, just like Jim Rutz I am not going to cite any primary literature. The only thing proven to make you 'gay' is conservative propoganda that distorts evidence and relies on spurious correlation.
