He writes:

"Fifty-four years ago when I was courting and my fiancé and I were geographically separated we did a lot of pen and ink writing.... One of the songs that came out at that time was "P.S. I Love You." We enjoyed the song and used it as we signed off on our letters. Just for fun on our 53rd wedding anniversary I thought I'd see how many versions I could grab.... It was fun to hear the pieces of history, all varied."
