The story thus far:

Walking away from a Christian Ministry and all sectarianism at age thirty-one (half my life ago),I have become a better human being. My point: One does not need religion to be "good" or to do good, and religion seems to be about fighting over who is good. Peace is probably an impossible dream for humanity; nonetheless, I dream. Sectarianism seems locked into the human realm, nonetheless, I write to enlighten the few who may be open to learn a better way. Humanity needs Humanism.

Fabulous! Will there actually be production models? Will not this concept be sold to big oil who will declare it not-ready-for-primetime?

My vote is for "more compelling" but for perhaps invisible reasons. He merely appears to me less troublesome than his fellow "faith" candidates. Though I repudiate Romney's concept that "freedom needs religion," I also heard some veiled references that lead me to think he would be more even-handed in governing than might be any of the other Republicans. If the Democrats blow this election, I shutter to think how much farther we could be pushed toward a theocracy. A Mormon may at least save us from a broad concensus of the hard-line right.

Great project! Of course I love to see assistance being granted to get worthy works into the market. After a year of seeking a publisher for a book I consider both readable and needed for the good of Mankind, I may approach this avenue myself.

The Baby Bonds concept is wonderful and probably too humanitarian to make it through the political battles. I sincerely hope Ms Clinton puts it back into the mix of worthwhile programs after she attains the presidency.
