it changed for you
response to Michaelangelo Matos and Brian Rea's post Michaelangelo Matos on the 1990s Music Renaissance
The statement that in the 90's "There was a sense that there were frontiers still to explore." Implies that there are not anymore? All that can be done has been done? Me thinks thou dost sound jaded a wee bit.

Yes, but change is not always good....
.....not jaded.......as someone who works in the music industry and has for the past 20 years, I can tell you that it's hard NOT to feel jaded when it comes to music today. The 90's were a great time for music because bands wanted to work; they were into extensive touring, just getting in a van and going for it...without myspace, etc.....now, when I review music, all which is my own opinion it's all protools, riffs ripped off from other bands which is apparently now called a "mash up", attitude and arrogance.....todays musicians are lazy who want the fame, money, fancy riders and tour buses without the work. Music of the 90's was real and honest, unlike the music of today, which is mostly horrid.....
