  Regionally Exclusive?

  Is there any chance that these architectural projects will expand nationally? It sounds like the affluent areas in the Mid-West and West Coast "get it". I assume most other areas will be excluded due to budget limitations? If so, is there any promise of government subsidies or tax breaks?

  I'm new to GOOD. Tell me. Are these "articles" written to stack the archive? Because that what it seems like. There's not really any information here. Or is it resources are too limited for further investigation?
