  This is a solid example of how you can really impact the world by doing something you have a talent for and are passionate about.

  Targeting certain high-visibility individuals is a big-league power-move as well. Oprah? Nice. Any word on how she responded?

  Also, how many residents are there without water meters in Hale? At 425, could HERO simply allot funds for everyone, instead of those who seemingly can and can't pay their water bill? Work with local government?

  It's just a thought. Let it marinate. Solid coverage on this issue -- looking forward to more.
