You Just Have The Facts Wrong

Come on man, quit making up shit and trying to talk like you stand for something.

You couldn't be more wrong if you tried.

The Bush tax cuts are an aid to everyone except those that don't pay taxes. If you own a 401K, a home, stocks, bonds, recieve an inheritence even if you only pay inocome tax you have benfitted from these tax cuts.

Corporations pay the salaries of their workers and earn money for their stock holders. Doesn't it make sense to do what ever we can to help ensure their sucesses. No matter how much you tax a corporation, they don't pay taxes. Their paying customers that they sell goods and services to pay the taxes in higher charges for those goods and services.

You should be afraid of socialism. It will turn this country into a nation that's no greater than France or Canada. We will loose our super power status which would then probably default that status to China and maybe create the reimergence of Russia as one. It takes away capitalism which has made this country great. When you call republicans fascist your show your complete ignorance of the issues and facts. Repubilcans are capitalist and favor a smaller less powerful national government domestically. We're not really moving in that direction but it's not the fault of conservatives and republicans.

    you're dreaming

You're dreaming of a fantasy land if you think wind mills are going to ever come close to replacing oil. Try to get a grip on how much oil is needed to run everyones homes, business, transportation, public facilities, etc.... Right now the only technology that could possibly replace a good portion of it is nuclear. France runs on 80% nuclear, and exports to other counties. Once you really understand that then maybe you will be able to come around to being sensible about it. It's expected that the US has enough oil within it's own borders to take care of many generations to come. Even if we find a good replacement today, it's going to take decades to implement it's use. We can't survive without it. That's just a dirty fact. Anyone that can't deal with that reality doesn't have what it takes to be our president. That's so simple and basic to me. It drives me crazy watching to the left make an issue of this for nothing more than a power grab. You have become beholdent to the enviromentalist which is a feel good group with a damaging philosophy.

The War: We're not fighting the Iragi's anymore. That lasted about 2 weeks. That's why it's not a war against Iraq. We're fighting Al Queda and Iranian insurgents. They're terrorist that want to take Iraq for themselves. Admitedly we didn't expect it as it played out. But that's what we're up against in the war against terrorist. Iraq is so important to the terrorist that since we overthrew Saddam their world wide effort is focused on it. We didn't start this war but we can finish it with a united effort. Although politicians on the left in their desire for their own power grab have become invested in the current admin. loosing. Even with such strong oposition from the left we've made good progress, but you can't stop until the job is done or we'll go back the beginning when terrorist could basicly strike anywhere at will. These people want to wipe Isreal off the map and kill all of us too. Do you really think a policy of talking with them is going to work. They're laughing when they hear that.

    Yes nonsense

Obama says no drilling. Instead hit Oil Companies with windfall taxes. How is that going to provide even one drop of oil. It will only make our oil companies less competitive in the world. You're not going to solve our problem with wind mills and the like.

We must stay in Iraq to keep it on it's on footing or we'll be going back to start the war all over again. By the way it's really not an Iraq war. We are rebuilding a country and giving birth to democracy. The war is against terrorism around the world and the Iraqi war lasted about 2 weeks.

Obama wants to meet with That idiot running Iran. You probably believe that he can sweet talk him into becoming a peaceful nation. That makes no sense and shows real naivete.

You give me one example that makes Obama more qualified as a war time or any time exec. He's a talented mouth piece and nothing more. His core beliefs are socialistic and right out of a liberal college classroom. They may make you as a liberal feel good but they're not good for this country.

response to  Andrew Price's post Meet The Candidates

McCain not perfect but Obama is not even sensible.

McCain has the best basic philosophy for this country. That is to keep the military strong and on offense against terror, keep the economy strong (supporting our corporations isn't welfare), get the oil flowing and keep it flowing until we figure out a way to replace it, keep taxes low, and eliminate unnessessary government spending. Sounds simple but hard to do these days with all the single issue idiots that keep throwing monkey wrenches into common sense policy.

Obama makes no sense once he starts being specific about his philosophy. I still don't understand what he's all about other than change.

Change is going to happen no matter who gets elected. It's just a matter of what kind of change.

This country doesn't need a drastic change that Obama is telling people it needs. We're not in the crapper like he leads you to believe. We're still the greatest and most influential country in the world and Obama would probably change that.
