Being and living in my native state of Oregon - an environment of magnificent natural beauty - I have with my own eyes seen the changes in its surroundings. They terrify me. The seasons don't transition like they use to and the weather patterns are not at all predictable. And when a common layman like my self sees abnormal events like these (to name a few) take place in a matter of five or so years, it makes even less sense that humanity can be in denial of modern man's situation.
