I have been a Vegan for 5 weeks today. I was given the book The China Study and I stopped eating meat and dairy by page 30. I have lost 18 lbs and I feel so much better. The one thing I don't like about being a Vegan is having to defend yourself every time you have a meal with people who eat meat and dairy. I tell people I am not vegan just to avoid the whole debate. If anyone knows of any good cookbooks or sites with quick recipes it would be much appreciated. Cheers!
