  Stop all the plastic water bottles

  Do we all really need to use that much plastic every day? Large reusable water cooler in your fridge would do the trick.

  Start smiling at stangers

  Too many of us avoid eye contact, or any gesture of kindness, to those we don't know. Try it next time you're in a big city - notice how many people don't smile back (but most definitely think about it after you've passed.)
